Connecting Brazilian Nature to the World: Wildlife-Inspired Label Design
It is with great satisfaction that I present the outcome of my label design project inspired by the lush Brazilian fauna. This project allowed me to delve deeply into the rich diversity of our land, seeking inspiration from three icons of our nature: the jaguar, the toco toucan, and the Pantanal caiman. Each label was crafted with love and dedication, and I am excited to share the results with all of you.
Jaguar: A Witbier
The jaguar, known for its majestic coat and elegance, is one of Brazil's most iconic felines. Inspired by its beauty, the witbier label features shades of yellow, orange, and black, capturing the vibrant energy of our wildlife. The chosen typography evokes the strength and grace of this feline, reflecting the characteristics of this refreshing beer.
Toco Toucan: American Pale Ale
The toco toucan is a symbol of biodiversity and tropical life in Brazil, with its striking colors and distinctive beak. For the American Pale Ale, I selected a design that incorporates the vibrant shades of yellow, green, and blue as a tribute to the beauty of this iconic bird. The bold and friendly typography reflects the smooth and approachable character of the beer.
Pantanal Caiman: Blond Ale
The Pantanal caiman is an intriguing and resilient creature that inhabits our wetlands. For the Blond Ale, I created a label that represents the texture of this reptile's skin, combining shades of green and brown, evoking the feeling of life in the calm waters of the Pantanal. The subtle typography conveys the gentleness and tranquility that this beer provides.
The theme of these labels was carefully chosen to highlight the richness of Brazilian wildlife, which is one of the most diverse and unique in the world. Through this project, I wished to not only create an appealing design but also to share the pride I feel for our land and its abundant nature.
I am extremely pleased with the outcome of this work, and I hope that these labels can not only enhance the experience of beer enthusiasts but also raise awareness about the importance of preserving these species and their habitats.
